§ 92.10. Fees.

  • (A)

    The schedule of fees for the various permits and services required by the Dayton Fire Code shall be in accordance with the following:

    (Includes initial inspection and/or one re-inspection to correct identified violations. Violations outstanding upon re-inspection from initial inspection shall require a re-inspection of $50.00 per re-inspection.)

    (B)

    The fees above are based upon an annual permit fee. A permit may be issued by the fire official for multiple annual periods in which case the fee will be determined by multiplying the number of annual periods in the term by the annual fee amount. The maximum term for which a permit may be issued shall be three years. The term of the permit shall be determined by the fire official.
